Frequently Asked Questions
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is charged per simulator bay, per hour, not per round of golf. This allows you to enjoy as many holes or games as your booking time permits.
What happens if I do not finish my round?
If your booking time ends before you complete your round, you are welcome to extend your session, provided the simulator bay is available.
Can I bring my own golf clubs?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own golf clubs.
Do you have golf clubs available to hire?
Yes. Golf clubs are available to hire at the venue if you do not have your own.
Is there anything I should know if I bring my own clubs?
Yes. Please ensure all club heads are clean and free from dirt before entering the simulator bay to help protect the equipment.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking to allow enough time for check-in and setup.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking time. To cancel or amend your booking, please contact us via email at info@shankza.co.za. Late cancellations may not qualify for a refund.
Can I book SHANK for a private or corporate event?
Absolutely! We cater for corporate functions, birthday parties, team-building events, golf competitions, and private group bookings. Simply get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your event requirements.
Do I need to be an experienced golfer to play?
Not at all! Our golf simulators are designed for all skill levels, from first-time players to experienced golfers. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the SHANK experience.
