Shank Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Online Bookings
Customers who pay for their bookings online and cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full credit refund. This credit may be used towards a future booking at Shank, subject to availability.
2. Refunds
Shank does not offer cash refunds. Subject to applicable law, any approved refund will be issued as a credit, which may be redeemed for future bookings or in-store purchases.
3. Late Arrivals
- Sessions end at the scheduled finishing time, regardless of arrival time.
- Late arrivals remain liable for the full booking fee.
4. No-Shows
- Customers who fail to attend their scheduled booking without prior cancellation will forfeit the full booking fee, as sessions are reserved in dedicated time slots. In such circumstances, no refund or booking credit will be issued (subject to applicable law).
- No-show fees will not apply where a booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
5. Credit Terms
- Booking credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer to whom they were issued.
- Booking credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused credit will expire automatically after this period.
- Booking credits cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable South African law.
- Booking credits may be used towards future bookings or eligible in-store purchases, unless otherwise stated.
- Booking credits cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions unless expressly authorised by Shank.

By making an online booking and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Shank reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time. Any amendments will be published on our website and will apply to bookings made after the date of publication.
